Why it matters

Most UK software still has no AI inside.

Official figures show how early UK firms are in adding AI to the software they use. Bespoke builds can add it where it pays.

  • 01

    12%

Of software adopters had used AI

The ONS found that only 12% of UK firms that had adopted specialised software had used AI (2023 survey, published March 2025).

  • 02

    9%

Of services firms adopted AI in 2023

In the same ONS release, AI was adopted by 9% of firms in the services sector and only 5% in manufacturing.

    Yours

    Software you own outright

With bespoke software, the code, data and IP belong to your business. No per-seat licence for features you never use, and no roadmap set by a vendor.

Bespoke or off-the-shelf?

Bespoke software vs off-the-shelf

Off-the-shelf SaaS is often the right answer. Bespoke wins when your process is your advantage.

Process · 6 steps

On time and on budget. No surprises.

Fixed-scope phases, a working demo at the end of every sprint, and code in your repository from day one.

  1. Step 01

    Discovery

A discovery phase maps your workflow, users, integrations and risks, and ends with a written scope you can take anywhere.

  2. Step 02

    Fixed-scope phases

The build is split into phases, each with a fixed price, a clear output and a date. You approve one phase at a time.

  3. Step 03

    Sprints with demos

Working software at the end of every sprint, reviewed with you on UK hours. You steer before it gets expensive.

  4. Step 04

    Change control

New ideas are welcome. Each change is written up with its impact on cost and date, and nothing changes without your approval.

  5. Step 05

    QA and security

Automated tests, code review, CI/CD pipelines and security checks before every release.

  6. Step 06

    Launch and support

We deploy to your cloud account, train your team and stay on for hosting, maintenance and the next phase.

Your data, handled properly

Engineers in New Delhi. Your data where you choose.

We are open about where engineering happens, and specific about how your data is protected. We work under UK GDPR, put a data processing agreement in place when we handle personal data, and host in UK or EU cloud regions when you need it. Engineers get only the access a task needs, and production data stays out of development wherever possible.

  • UK GDPR and a data processing agreement (DPA) where personal data is involved
  • Hosting in UK or EU regions on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, in your own accounts
  • Least-privilege access, removed when the project ends
  • Test data instead of live customer data in development

Working with a London team

London partner. UK hours.

A client partner at our London center runs your project on UK time. Your software is engineered at our New Delhi headquarters, 4.5 to 5.5 hours ahead, so your morning and early afternoon overlap with ours.

  • A London client partner

One person owns your account from the London center: scope, priorities, demos and sign-off. You never chase a ticket queue.

  • Reviews inside UK hours

Workshops, design reviews and demos are booked inside your working day, by video. Written updates follow every review.

  • New Delhi studio

Design, engineering and production happen at our New Delhi headquarters, the team behind 1,000+ projects since 2015.

  • In person if agreed

Sessions run remotely by default. If your project needs an in-person workshop in London, we agree it in the scope first.
